摘要
为迎接百年校庆,改善教学环境,中国矿业大学(北京)进行了力建学院科研办公楼的改造。通过对原焦作工学院工程馆建筑风格的调研、矿大校园环境(色彩、立面形式)分析,提出3种建筑改造方案:融合式方案、牌楼式方案以及复原式方案。为了提高建筑保温性能,外墙采用240mm厚页岩多孔砖贴40FTC保温材料,屋面采用60mm厚挤塑聚苯板保温层。
In order to meet anniversary and improve teaching conditions,the building for school of mechanics and civil engineering of China University of Mining Technology(Beijing)is transformed. Through investigation on architecture style of original Jiaozuo University of Technology,and campus environment including color and facade style of China University of Mining Technology,three kinds of transformation schemes are put forward,which are fusion type,archway type and restoration type.In order to improve the insulation performance,external wall applies 240m-thick shale porous brick bonded with 40FTC insulation material,and roof adopts 60mm-thick plastic benzoic board insulating layer.
