神经病理性疼痛脑功能影像学改变及其意义

摘要 目前对神经病理性疼痛(neuropathic pain,NP)的中枢神经病理生理学改变及其机制尚不了解。近十年来,随着神经影像技术的发展,现代无创的脑成像技术对NP的有关发病机制的研究中取得了明显进展,进一步加深了对中枢神经系统在慢性疼痛信息处理过程的了解,本文综述了NP的脑功能影像学改变的研究进展及其临床意义。
