摘要
目的探讨溴氰菊酯(DM)对子代大鼠生殖功能的影响及补肾健脾中药的干预作用。方法将妊娠大鼠分6组,其中5组在妊娠的第1～15d经口灌服1/20LD_(50)DM,并同时分别灌服生理盐水(模型组)、成人等效剂量、2倍、4倍中药液及牛磺酸溶液(0.2g/kg);第6组为空白对照组。仔鼠60d龄时,生殖器官称重,计算脏器系数;雌鼠测血清F SH、LH、E_2、P;雄鼠测FSH、LH、T、睾丸精子头计数及每日精子生长量。结果模型染毒组雌性仔鼠子宫系数较低,与空白对照组相比有显著性差异。染毒各组雄性仔鼠T水平低,与空白对照组相比有显著性差异。模型组生精能力受影响。结论母鼠孕期接触溴氰菊酯对子代大鼠的生殖内分泌功能有一定影响,其中对雄性仔鼠的影响相对较大,可影响其睾酮水平及生精能力。补肾健脾中药有一定的干预作用,考虑与其内分泌调节作用有关。
Object.ive To study the effect of deltamethrin（DM） on reproductive function of filial rats and herb intervention. Methods All 72 SD rats were divided into six groups. Rats in Group 1-5 were orally fed with 1/20LD （6.93mg/kg） DM daily from Day 1 to 15 of pregnancy. Then, rats in Group 1-5 were treated with physiological saline, 4 times, 2 times, 1 time of adult dosage of Formula Zhuyun Ⅲ and taurine （0.2g/kg）. Rats in Group 6 was blank control. The reproductive organs of different gender filial rats wereexamined and weighted, organ index of male rats＇ testis, ovary and uterus were calculated. Levels of serum FSH,LH,T in male filial rats and levels of serum E2, P, FSH, LH in female filial rat were detected. Results Uterus index of female filial in the treated group with DM was lower than that of control groups. Level of serum T in male filial rats in the treated group with DM was lower than that of control groups. Spermatogenesis ability of male filial rats in Model group was affected by treatment of DM. Conclusion The reproductive function of filial rats will be affected when female rats were treated with DM during pregnancy, especially for spermatogenesis of male filial rats. Formula Zhuyun III might regulate the above condition and relief DM toxicity.
