摘要
首先,在分析我国银行发展史的基础上,界定了中小商业银行的概念与特征,从中小企业融资视角与中小企业融资难的现状出发,把中小商业银行发展战略分解成重组、扩张和本土化三种,并提出了相应的研究假设。其次,针对每种发展战略分别选择了3家(共9家)中小商业银行为研究样本,从盈利能力与运营管理能力两方面对其发展战略效率进行了实证研究。研究认为,本土化战略比其他两种战略更有效率,从而为发展中小商业银行提供了理论基础。
This paper defines the concept and characteristics of small and medium commercial banks based on the evolution history of bank,from the present financing difficulties of SMEs status of research and development strategies to small and medium commercial banks,put forward three development strategies restructuring,expansion and localization,the four corresponding research assumptions,and each choice of development strategies for each of the three,a total of nine samples of small and medium commercial banks.The empirical study on their profitability and operations management capabilities two aspects based on DEA.The results show that localization strategie for the development is more efficient than the other two strategies,which for the development of small and medium commercial banks to provide loans to SMEs provides a theoretical basis and on this basis put forward development strategies and recommendations of small and medium commercial banks.
