摘要 在电站锅炉选择性催化还原法SCR脱硝工艺中,烟气流量测量的准确性对还原剂的计算用量具有重要影响。介绍了烟气流量测量所常用的差压式和热导式流量计的工作原理,分析了各自特点,并提出在选型时应注意防堵灰与防磨损的建议。同时,根据SCR工艺特点,分析了SCR烟道各段的流场均匀性。为保证测量的准确性,应正确选择测量位置。 In selective catalytic reduction denitrification process of boiler of power station,the precision of flue gas flow measurement greatly affects the calculation of does of the reducing agent.The operational principles of d/p types and thermal conduction type flowmeter mostly used for measuring flue gas flow are introduced and their features are analyzed.It is suggested that in selecting measuring instruments,dust blocking and abrasion shall be noticed.In accordance with the technical features of SCR,the uniformity of flow field for each section of SCR flue gas duct is analyzed.It is proposed that the correct position to be selected for flow measurement can guarantee the accuracy of measurement.
