多元素介孔分子筛在净化含Pb(Ⅱ)废水中的应用研究 被引量:6

摘要 以钾长石为主要原料,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为模板剂在碱性条件下水热合成了多元素介孔分子筛。分别采用X射线粉晶衍射和氮气吸附-脱附等温线对所合成样品的结构性能进行了表征。利用介孔分子筛高比表面积和较大孔径的特点,将其用于含有重金属离子废水的净化处理,并研究了所合成样品对废水中Pb(Ⅱ)的吸附规律,对吸附剂用量、吸附时间、溶液pH值、温度和初始浓度等因素进行了详细的实验研究。 A multielement mesoporous molecular sieve was hydrothermally synthesized in basic condition with microcline as the main row material, and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide as the structure template. The sample was characterized by X-ray diffraction and nitrogen adsorption-desorption. The mesoporous molecular sieves were applied in purification of heavy metals polluted wastewater for their high BET surface areas and relatively large pore diameters. In this study, we focus on the adsorption properties of the as-synthesized sample in Pb(Ⅱ) polluted wastewater. The adsorbent mass, pH values of aqueous mediums, contact times, solution temperatures and initial concentrations of Pb(Ⅱ) were considered.
