摘要
以锆英石细粉和α-Al2O3细粉作原料,根据ZrO2-Al2O3-SiO2系相图选择3个配料点(A/S比分别为0.8,1.5,2.0)制备了反应烧结氧化锆复相陶瓷。借助XRD和SEM探讨了A/S比对氧化锆复相陶瓷常温性能的影响。结果表明:A/S比的增加有利于提高坯体的可烧结性;A/S比影响材料的物相组成,实验结果与预期结果一致;1550℃烧后、A/S=2.0的氧化锆复相陶瓷具有优良的常温力学性能,耐压强度可达462 MPa,抗折强度112.2 MPa。
Zirconia composites were prepared with zircon powder and α-Al2O3 powder. According to phase diagram of ZrO2- Al2O3-SiO2 system , three ingredient spots ( A/S ratio 0.8,1.5,2.0) were selected and put into experiments. The effects of A/S ratio on the properties of zirconia composites were analysed using XRD and SEM. The results show that the increase of A/S ratio is helpful to improve sintering property of green body. A/S ratio influences the phase composition of products, and the experimental results are consistent with expectations. Zireonia composites have excellent mechanical properties at room temperature when A/S ratio is 2.0 and burned at 1550 ℃ , compressive strength up to 462 MPa and rupture strength 112.2 MPa .
