摘要
本文结合天津市社区图书馆的发展情况,阐述了发展社区图书馆的必要性,以及社区图书馆的建设模式,探讨了社区图书馆如何朝着标准化、规范化的方向发展,以期达到真正实现文献资源全民共享,提升服务效益,提高全民素质的目的。
This paper describes the necessity for the development of community libraries,and the construction mode of community library combining with the development situation of community libraries in Tianjin.It analyzes how to develop to the direction of standardization,in order to achieve the goal of sharing literature resources,promoting the service benefit and improving the quality of people.
