摘要
近年来垃圾焚烧技术在我国各大中型城市快速发展,随着垃圾焚烧污染物排放标准的日益严厉,由于垃圾焚烧过程中会排放剧毒物质二恶英,如何有效控制二恶英排放,成为当前研究的热点。文章以我国东部发达地区某垃圾焚烧项目为研究对象,使用较为普遍的"三T"技术控制焚烧过程中二恶英的生成,采用半干法净化法+活性炭注射法+袋式除尘器法对烟气进行处理,实际运行数据表明,达到了理想的净化效果。
In recent years, solid waste incineration technology has been developed rapidly in China, especially in medium and large cities. Incineration is one of emission source of polychlorinated dihenzo-p-dioxins { PCDDs) and dibenzofurans (PCDFs), which are highly toxic and ubiquitous compounds. With the increasingly stringent emission standards for solid waste incineration, the control of PCDD/Fs emission becomes the current research focus. The paper introduces an incineration plant in eastern China, which adopts "3T" (Temperature, Time and Turbulent)technology to control the production of PCDD/Fs in incineration process. Semi--dry method, injection of activated carbon and bag filter are combined in air pollution control system. The operation data indicates that the perfect control result of PCDD/Fs emission is achieved.
