摘要
运用文献资料法、调查法、数理统计法,对湖南省普通高校瑜伽教学的现状及教学中存在的问题进行研究,指出瑜伽教学应该规范教材,平衡师生的性别比例,提高教师的业务能力,营造优良的教学环境,旨在为高校进一步推广瑜伽提供参考依据。
Adopting the research methods of document data,investigation and mathematics statistcs,the present situation of yoga teaching in colleges and universities of Hunan province and teaching problems are studied.The article points out that yoga teaching materials should be standardized,sex ratio of teachers and students should be balanced,the capacity of teachers should be improved and a good learning environment is created to provide reference for promoting yoga in colleges and universities.
