摘要
现代完形心理学认为审美完形是一种最和谐、最规则和最简单明了的结构。体育中的审美完形是极其丰富的,它是人的知觉乐于接受的形式,因而能激发学习热情。审美完形教学不仅有利于运动技能的形成,而且有利于人格的完善。
Modern gestalt psycology thinks that esthetic gestalt is the most harmonious,regular and simple structure.Esthetic gestalt in physical education is absolutely abundant,which is a modality well acceptable for human＇s aesthesia,and so it can stimulate study enthusiasm.Esthetic gestalt teaching is propitious to both the form of sports skills and the perfect of personality.
