巨型机组国产化调速系统在小湾电厂的应用 被引量:6

摘要 介绍了700MW级小湾电站水轮机调速系统设备概况、电气控制柜和机械操作柜特点、液压控制装置性能,以及现场应用情况,给出了现场试验记录和相关数据,结果表明该调速系统各项性能指标完全满足国标要求,适用于巨型机组的控制,可为巨型机组调速系统国产化提供一定的参考。 The characteristic and spot application of the governor system for 700 MW unit in Xiaowan hydropower plant are introduced. The equipment prototype,characteristic of electrical control cabinet and mechanical operating cabinet and performance of hydraulic control device of the governor system are described. The spot debugging situation is depicted,including experimental record and relative data. The test results show that all the performance index of the governor system absolutely satisfies National Standard. It is suitable for the control of the giant hydroelectric units. This can offer a reference for native production of governor system for hydropower generating units.
