Preparation of capsulated super-fine disperse dye and its dyeing process

摘要 以苯乙烯-马来酸共聚物为壁材,分散蓝60为核材,通过相分离技术制备了平均粒径152 nm的超细包覆分散染料,并用于涤纶织物染色。超细包覆分散染料染色涤纶织物的K/S值比常规分散染料的高,匀染性更好,干/湿摩擦牢度在4~5级以上。 Taking styrene maleic copolymer as wall material and disperse blue 50 as core material, the capsulated super-fine dis- perse dye with average size of 152 nm was prepared by phase separation technique and applied to polyester fabric dyeing. The dyed polyester fabric with capsulated super-fine disperse dye had higher K/S value, better uniform dyeing properties, and dry/ wet rubbing fastness above 4 -5 grade.
