摘要
针对具有平面复杂曲线的零件表面建立扫描的数学模型,保证扫描速度基本恒定,对实际生产有重要的意义。以盘形凸轮零件为例分析扫描外形轮廓时的运动关系,用折线代替曲线,将复杂的凸轮轮廓适当简化,建立运动参数间的数学关系,实现对凸轮工作表面扫描的速度基本不变。
