摘要 介绍了双循环烟气脱硫除尘装置的工作机理,对5台14MW热水供热锅炉进行了烟气脱硫除尘改造。采用双循环烟气脱硫除尘装置,可实现除尘水及脱硫碱液的独立循环,灰渣中不含脱硫剂,不影响灰渣的再利用。可在原有锅炉房基础上实现烟气脱硫除尘改造,特别适用于面积紧凑的城区既有锅炉房。 The working mechanism of double cycle flue gas desulphurization and dust removal device is introduced. The reconstruction for flue gas desulphurization and dust removal is conducted at five hot water heating boilers with 14 MW. The double cycle flue gas desulphurization and dust removal device can achieve separate cycles of dedusting water and lye, and the ash residue can be reused due to no desulphurizer. The reconstruction for flue gas desulphurization and dust removal can be conducted on the basis of the existing boiler room, and the device is particularly suitable for use in existing urban boiler room with a compact area.
