摘要
探讨了人居环境的概念，指标体系，并以上海市为例，分析了人居环境演变与经济增长之间的关系。分析结果显示，尽管９０年代以来上海人居环境质量有所改善，但改善速度仍落后于经济增长速度。为此，本文提出了大都市人居环境的宏观优化原则和微观优化原则，进一步提出人居环境优化的５项措施。
The paper approaches the concept,indices of the human settlement environment,and then take Shanghai as a case to analyse the relationship between the improvement if human settlement environment and the economic growth.The result shows that the human settlement environment has been improved since 1990s,but the economic develpment of Shanghai has made a great progress.Lastly,the paper approachs the macro principles and micro principles to optimize the settlement environment,and put forward 5 measures to improve the human settllement environment of Shanghai.
