摘要 以仿栗秋季健壮枝条为材料,进行秋季扦插,并研究生根过程中过氧化物酶(POD)酶活性、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)酶活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量的动态变化。结果表明:K-IBA-3000 mg/kg处理的生根率最高为78%,KNAA-1000 mg/kg处理的生根率最低为13%,K-IBA处理的3个浓度生根率排序为:K-IBA-3000 mg/kg(78%)>K-IBA-1000 mg/kg(63%)>K-IBA-5000 mg/kg(38%)。仿栗秋季扦插生根过程中,SOD酶活性呈现先上升后下降的趋势,插后20天达最大值,之后逐渐降低;POD酶活性和SOD酶活性变化情况相似;MDA含量先迅速积累,插后约20天出现峰值,随后一直下降。 Cuttings propagation technology of Sloanea hemsleyana autumn robust branches studied with dynamic changes of peroxidase(POD) activity,superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity and malondialdehyde(MDA) content during rooting.The results showed that cuttings with K-IBA-3000 mg/kg treatment had the highest rooting percentage which was 78%,cuttings with KNAA-1000 mg/kg treatment had the lowest rooting percentage which was 13%,the rank of the K-IBA treatment was:K-IBA-3000 mg/kg(78%)﹥ K-IBA-1000 mg/kg(63%)﹥ K-IBA-5000 mg/kg(38%).During rooting of Sloanea hemsleyana autumn cutting,the superoxide dismutase activity increased first and then declined,and havd a peak on the 20th.The peroxidase activity changes were similar to the superoxide dismutase activity.The malondialdehyde content accumulated first rapidly,and then declined all the time,it had a peak on the 20th.
