摘要 以碱蒿(Artemisia anethifolia)为材料,研究不同质量分数NaCl胁迫下碱蒿幼苗的可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量与耐盐性之间的关系。结果表明:随NaCl质量分数的增加,可溶性蛋白含量呈先升高后降低的趋势;茎叶中可溶性糖含量逐渐增加,根系中可溶性糖含量呈先升高后降低的趋势。可见,可溶性糖含量和可溶性蛋白含量可以作为碱蒿的耐盐生理指标。 Artemisia anethifolia was employed to study the relationship of salt tolerance with soluble protein contents and soluble carbohydrate contents in seedling of A.anethifolia.The results showed that with the increase of salt concentration,the seedling soluble protein contents of A.anethifolia had low-high-low trend;otherwise,stem and leaves of A.anethifolia had low-high trend and roots had low-high-low trend.It concluded that soluble protein contents and soluble carbohydrate contents could be used as the physiological indexes for salt tolerance in A.anethifolia.
