摘要
为了解大学生体育锻炼行为及体育锻炼动机的关系,对938名在校大学生进行了问卷调查,分析结果显示:大学生体育锻炼存在性别差异;健康动机是大学生体育锻炼动机的首选。女大学生的外貌动机高于男生,而男大学生的社交动机高于女生;大学生体育锻炼动机与锻炼行为之间存在较强的相关性。
The questionaire investigation has been conducted with 938 university students.The paper reveals that.university student sport practice is different for different sexes.Keeping health is the main motive for the sports practice of the university students.The appearance motive of girl students is stronger than that of the boy stadents,while the social interaction motine of the boy student is stronger than that girl student.The sports practice motive and sports behavior are positively related and they are interactive and highly predictable.
