摘要
曲轴是发动机中最重要零件之一。理论和实践表明,曲轴的破坏形式主要是弯曲疲劳和扭转破坏,曲轴内产生交变的弯曲和扭转应力,可能引起曲轴疲劳失效。本文以BN492曲轴为例,对曲轴单拐模型进行了应力和位移静力分析,确定危险点位置,并对曲轴的弯曲疲劳强度进行了校核。最后对整个曲轴模型进行前12阶自由模态分析,得出曲轴的固有频率和振型,为曲轴的设计以及改进提供了参考依据。
The crankshaft is one of the most important parts in an internal combustion engine.Theory and practice show that destruction form of the crankshaft is bending fatigue and torsion damage.Fatigue failure may be caused by the alternating bending and torsion stress.This thesis takes the crankshaft of BN492 as the object,analyzing the single crankshaft crankpin's static stress and displacement,identifying the location of the danger point,checking the bend fatigue strength of the crankshaft.Last,analyzing the former 12 steps free modal on the whole crankshaft,obtained the natural frequencies and mode shapes to offer the reference to the designing and advancing of the crankshaft.
