摘要
目的:观察痹祺胶囊对骨关节炎软骨代谢的作用。方法:以Hulth法复制兔膝骨关节炎模型,对软骨组织行Mankin标准评分,设置空白组、假手术组,观测各组兔血清及尿液的羟脯氨酸含量,并设痹祺胶囊低、中、高浓度组及西药组以了解其疗效。结果:各治疗组间Mankin标准评分水平无差异,痹祺胶囊各剂量组血清、尿羟脯氨酸含量与模型组比较差异均有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:痹祺胶囊可通过促进骨修复或抑制软骨破坏而减低兔骨关节炎模型体内羟脯氨酸含量,对骨关节炎软骨代谢有明确的改善作用。
Objective:To observe the effect of Biqi Capsule (BQC) on the articular cartilage metabolism in rabbit model of osteoarthritis by determining the Mankin's histopathological scale and the hydroxyproline (Hyp) content in blood serum and urine of experimental rabbits. Methods:A rabbit model of knee joint osteoarthritis (OA) was established by anterior cruciate ligament transection,and efficacy of Biqi Capsule on the articular cartilage metabolism was evaluated. Animals were randomly divided into seven groups:the normal control group,the sham-operation group,the anterior cruciate ligament transaction group as model set,the BQC 0.168g/kgWT treated group,the BQC 0.336g/kgWT treated group,the BQC 0.672g/kgWT treated group,the Glucosamine Sulfate Capsules (GSC) 0.088g/kgWT treated group. Samples of cartilage from the medial or lateral femoral condyle or the medial or lateral tibial plateau were obtained from osteoarthritic knee joints and the validity of histopathological grading of them was measured on a standard scale of Mankin. And the hydroxyproline content in blood serum and urine of rabbits was determined. Results:There were no significant statistical differences between the Mankin's histopathological scale of each treated group. The hydroxyproline content in blood serum and urine of BQC treated rabbits was significantly decreased compared with the model group (P〈0.05). Conclusion:Biqi Capsule can expressly ameliorate the articular cartilage metabolism in rabbit model osteoarthritis by improving the function of bone repairing or inhibiting the cartilage destruction.
