回交导入后玉米农艺性状耐旱性改良效果的分析 被引量:1

摘要 为研究回交导入法对玉米自交系各性状耐旱性的改良效果,发掘具有优良耐旱性状的种质,采用α-lattice设计,在充分灌溉和干旱胁迫处理下,研究7个以昌7-2为遗传背景的高代回交导入系各性状耐旱性。试验结果显示:不同组合对各个性状的改良效果不同,回交导入系的综合耐旱性均好于昌7-2,其中改良较好的有515×昌7-2,双105×昌7-2和502×昌7-2等组合,其综合耐旱系数分别为0.833、0.818和0.804。这表明,回交导入法能很好地改良自交系的耐旱性,且其改良效果与特定组合密切相关。 In order to study the effect of improving drought-tolerance of agricultural characters of maize inbred lines and exploit useful germplasm with perfect drought-tolerance,drought-tolerance of agricultural characters of 7 advanced backcrossing introgression lines with genetic background of Chang 7-2 were identified and analyzed,the method of α-lattice experiment under sufficient irrigation and drought pressure treatment.The result indicated that the efficiency for each trait was decided by the combination.The drought-tolerance of advanced backcrossing introgression lines were stronger than Chang 7-2,and the component drought-tolerants of 515×Chang 7-2,Shuang105×Chang 7-2 and 502×Chang 7-2 were better than the others among the BC2F3 populations,and 0.833、0.818、0.804 were their component drought-tolerance coefficient(CDTC).We demonstrated that the drought-tolerance of inbred lines could be improved largely by backcrossed introgression,and the efficiency was dependent upon the specific combinations.
