摘要
利用三乙醇胺、二甲胺和乙二胺3种胺类化合物对苎麻纤维进行改性,改善苎麻纤维的染色性能。通过考察活性染料对改性苎麻纤维的上染率和固色率,确定了3种胺类化合物对苎麻改性的工艺条件。三乙醇胺最佳改性工艺:温度80℃,浓度1.2 mol/L,时间120 min,介质50%乙醇;二甲胺最佳改性工艺:温度60℃,浓度1.2 mol/L,时间120min,介质50%乙醇;乙二胺的最佳改性工艺:温度40℃,浓度0.6 mol/L,时间90 min,介质50%乙醇。结果表明,胺化改性可以显著提高苎麻纤维的染色性能。
The effect of amination modification of ramie fibers by triethanolamine, dimethylamine and ethanediamine was experi- mented in order to improve dyeability of ramie fibers. The technology parameters of the amination modification of ramie fibers were determined by researching the up-take and fixation with reactive brilliant red dye. The best technology parameter with triethanolamine was: 80 ℃, 1.2 tool/L, 120 min, and media by 50% ethanol. The best technology parameter with dimethylamine was: 60℃ , 1.2 mol/L, 120 min, and media by 50% ethanol. The best technology parameter with ethanediamine was: 40 ℃, 0. 6 mol/L, 90 min, and media by 50% ethanol. The experimental results indicated that the dyeability of the modificated ramie fibers was improved observably.
