添加Bi_2O_3对锶铁氧体微观形貌及内禀矫顽力的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用传统的高温固相合成方法制备了添加Bi2O3的锶铁氧体粘结磁粉,研究了不同焙烧温度和时间下Bi2O3对锶铁氧体相组成、微结构以及内禀矫顽力的影响。结果表明,添加1wt%Bi2O3的试样中,由于含Bi液相的生成,在1050℃的较低温度下促进了铁氧体化反应和晶粒生长,从而显著提高SrM的内禀矫顽力。在添加1wt%Bi2O3的情况下,获得的锶铁氧体颗粒尺寸在1.2μm附近,球形度较佳,同时具有超过300kA/m的内禀矫顽力,可应用于制备高填充型粘结铁氧体磁体。 The strontium ferrites doped with Bi2O3 were prepared by conventional solid phase synthesis process.The effects of Bi2O3 additives on the phase compositions,microstructure and the intrinsic coercive force of strontium ferrites at different calcining temperatures were investigated.The experimental results indicated that the liquid phase containing Bi accelerates the reaction of SrO and Fe2O3 for forming Sr-ferrites and improves the growth of particles at the firing temperature of 1050°C,which increases the intrinsic coercive forces of Sr-ferrites.The 1wt% Bi2O3 added Sr-ferrife has an average particle size of about 1.2μm with good sphericity and the high intrinsic coercive force exceeding 300kA/m.This benefits manufacturing the bonded ferrites with high filler contents.
