秦安县原发性高血压患者血压变异与靶器官损害的相关性研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的:了解秦安县原发性高血压患者血压变异情况及血压变异对靶器官的损害,为血压晨峰患者早期预防靶器管损害提供一定的理论依据。方法:从该县不同年龄阶段的高血压患者中筛选出新发现的原发性高血压患者218例;既往明确诊断原发性高血压者258例。用动态血压器监测24小时血压情况,同时采用彩色多普勒超声检查仪测定患者的左室壁厚度、左室重量以及颈动脉厚度和斑块形成等指标;并测定患者的肝肾功能、血糖、血脂等指标;所有患者测身高、体质量、腰围,计算体质量指数。同时做24小时尿微量蛋白测定。结果:秦安县原发性高血压患者血压变异情况及血压变异对靶器管损害明显,尤其以晨峰时损害更甚。结论:原发性高血压晨峰者有更明显的颈动脉粥样硬化、左心室肥厚,同时有心肌复极时间的延长。 Objective:To explore blood pressure variation and blood pressure variability on target organ damage for patients with essential hypertension in Qin'an county and to provide a theoretical basis for the peak morning blood pressure in patients with early prevention of damage to the target tube.Method:Different age patients with essential hypertension were selected,newly discovered 218 cases of essential hypertension and past 258 cases diagnosed hypertension.Blood pressure monitoring blood pressure devices was measured by a 24-hour ambulatory,while used color Doppler ultrasound to measure the left ventricular wall thickness,left ventricular mass and carotid artery thickness and plaque formation.The levels of liver and kidney function,blood glucose and blood lipids were measured.All patients were measured height,weight,waist circumference and calculated body mass index.The level of 24-hour urine protein was measured.Results:There are significant difference between blood pressure variation and blood pressure variability on target tube damage for patients with essential hypertension in Qin'an county,especially during peak morning even more damage.Conclusion:Morning hypertension was more significant carotid atherosclerosis,left ventricular hypertrophy and myocardial repolarization time for essential hypertension.
