摘要
对Nd-Fe-B基体及镍镀层表面形貌的观察发现,当镀层脱落时,在基体表面产生残缺晶粒并与内部完整晶粒分离,说明电镀前的酸洗过程导致钕铁硼基体表面过腐蚀对结合力影响较大。对Nd-Fe-B样品进行不同时间的酸洗,发现酸洗时间为30 s左右时不仅能去除样品表面氧化皮,而且也能防止样品表面的过腐蚀,镀层与基体结合力较佳。
The morphology of Nd-Fe-B matrix and nickel coating layer was supervised.It was discovered that incomplete grains near the surface are separated from normal matrix together with the layer,explaining that Nd-Fe-B surface corrosion caused by acid cleaning affects bonding strength greatly.Nd-Fe-B magnets were treated with different times of acid cleaning.30 seconds' acid cleaning can remove surface oxide scale but prevent matrix from excessive corrosion,leading to desirable bonding strength.
