摘要
目的研究影响ＷＨＯ神经行为核心测试组合的主要因素。方法随机选择无职业有害因素接触史的５５４名健康者，严格按ＷＨＯ规定的测试方法、顺序及分组进行神经行为测试。结果受试者的年龄主要影响涉及手部操作、手部运动速度及精确性的一些行为指标；文化水平对反映短期记忆的行为指标有明显干扰；而性别对ＷＨＯ神经行为核心测试组合的参数影响不大。结论在现场作行为测试时，应平衡各种影响因素的干扰。
Objective To study the main factors affecting the parameters of WHO neurobehavioral core test battery(WHO NCTB). Methods 554 healthy subjects not exposed to the occupational hazards were divided into several groups according to their age,sex and educational level and were tested by the methods recommended by WHO. Results The age of the subjects mainly affected the behavior parameters involving hand performance,hand movement speed and operation precision.There was a significant interference with the performance behavior reflecting short term memory due to educational levels of the subjects.It seemed that the sex of the subjects had no significant effects on the parameters of WHO NCTB. Conclusion The results suggest that these factors should be fully considered in the field behavioral test so as to get a reasonable conclusion.
