摘要术后恶心呕吐（Postoperative nausea and vomiting,PONV）是外科手术后常见的并发症,腹腔镜胆囊切除术（LaparoscopeCholecystectomy,LC）后PONV的发生率高达53%～72%,尤多发于女性患者,是术后常见的并发症,影响术后进食、伤口愈合,甚至可引起误吸,严重威胁生命。因此,
