摘要
针对虚拟装配干涉检验问题,分析了干涉检验的主流算法。利用包围盒算法,通过分层过滤的思想降低了装配时间复杂度,减少了计算量,缩短了计算时间,提高了检验效率。结合动、静态方式干涉检验,实现了虚拟装配快速精确干涉检验反馈的目的。在实际的轴系产品装配干涉检验中,证明了算法的有效性和可行性。
This paper introduces the interference checking in virtual assembly,and analyzes the main algorithms for interference checking.Using bounding box algorithm and layered filter thinking can reduce the time complexity of assembly,cut down the computation,shorten the computing time,and improve the checking efficiency.Combination of static and dynamic ways of interference checking,achieves fast and accurate collision detection in virtual assembly.The actual shaft assembly interference checking proves the effectiveness and feasibility of the algorithm.
