摘要
为了改善链传动的性能,结合自主研发的ZJS50系列综合设计型机械设计实验台,对链传动的多边形效应进行了详细的分析。首先从链条的速度、从动轮的角速度变化以及其不均匀系数等方面对链传动的运动学特性进行了分析;然后采集了反映链传动多边形效应的实验曲线,并对采集数据进行了分析,验证了链传动多边形效应的理论分析。
To improve the performances of the chain-transmission,the polygon-effect of chain-transmission which is tested on the mechanical transmission test-bed in SWJTU is analyzed in detail.First,this paper analyzes the dynamic characteristics of chain transmission from three aspects:the chain speed change,driven wheel's angular velocity change and the inhomogeneous coefficient curve.And then collects the test curve which reflects the polygon-effect of chain-transmission.The test results verify the theoretical analysis of the polygon-effect.
