摘要
在知识经济时代和日益强调区域经济发展的背景下,从中观角度研究区域知识资本显得越来越重要,而区域知识资本对我国区域创新集群发展也起着举足轻重的作用。本文着重研究了区域知识资本的评价指标体系及方法,以探讨各个区域的经济增长极,从而研究区域知识资本对我国区域创新集群发展的作用。
In the era of intellectual economy and increasing emphasized regional economy, region intellectual capital appears more and more important from the intermediate perspective angle. And region intellectual capital also plays an important role in the regional innovation clusters development. This article has studied the evaluation index system and methods of the region intellectual capital, as well as the function to our regional innovation clusters development.
