摘要
目的:通过特异性及非特异性显色基质法对6种中药注射液的内毒素含量进行检测,探讨中药注射液检测过程中常见的干扰问题。方法:采用特异性及非特异性显色基质法,对不同批次的鱼腥草注射液、双黄连注射液、双黄连粉针剂、清开灵注射液、葛根素注射液、香丹注射液进行检测。结果:检测结果发现,用特异性显色基质法能有效的消除某些中药注射液,如清开灵注射液、双黄连注射液、香丹注射液对检测的干扰。结论:在检测中药注射液内毒素含量时,用特异性鲎试剂代替非特异性鲎试剂为一种有效的干扰因素的祛除方法。
Objective:Discussion on interference problem of the content of bacterial endotoxin in six kinds of Traditional Chinese Medicine injection by nonspecific and specific chromogenic technique of limulus test.Method:Yuxingcao,Shuanghuanglian,Qingkailing,Gegensu,Xiangdan injections and Shuanghuanglian Fenzhenji were detected by nonspecific and specific chromogenic technique.Result:The interference during detective process can be removed effectively by using specific chromogenic technique,such as Qingkailing,shuanghuanglian,Xiangdan injections.Conclusion:Using Specific chromogenic technique of limulus test as a substitute for nonspecific chromogenic technique is a effective method in removing the detection interference.
