摘要
师范生免费教育政策在实践中存在对象主体出发点与政策理想期待差异的矛盾"、有志"和"优秀"错位的矛盾"、入口"和"出口"资格差异的矛盾,以及职业选择市场调节和行政安排错向的矛盾等多维矛盾。国家教育政策需要从"重视个人"切入,改善教育总体环境,创造更多的社会综合条件,使这些客观存在的矛盾向着国家、地区和个人利益最大化和利益双赢方向良性发展。
The "free of charge in normal education policy" in practice have multi-dimensional contradictions such as the contradictions between the objects" starting points and the policy's ideal expectation, the dislocation of being strong-willed and excellence, the difference between entrance enrollment and exit qualification, and the market adjustment of vocational choice and the mis-orientation of administrative arrangement, etc. This requires that the national educational policy need to improve the overall educational environment from the view of attaching importance to individuals, that is, to create more social general conditions so as to make these existing contradictions turn to optimum development toward the direction of national, regional and individual interest maximum and the interests of a win-win situation.
