摘要
以北冬虫夏草为原料,以北冬虫夏草多糖为研究对象,采用热水浸提,探讨提取温度、提取时间、料液比对多糖提取率的影响;通过正交实验优化设计得到水法提取最优工艺参数条件:温度55℃、时间4h、固液比1∶40(g/mL),此最优工艺条件下进行验证实验,多糖提取率为34.14%。
The hot water assisted extraction of polysaccharides from Cordyceps militaris was studied and the effects of temperature,extraction time,solid-liquid ratio on the yield of polysaccharides were investigated.Through the orthogonal test,the optimized conditions were achieved which included temperature 55 ℃,extraction time 4 h,solid-liquid ratio 1:40(g/mL),the yield of validate experiment was 34.14%.
