摘要
采用响应面分析法优化雷丸多糖的提取工艺。采用单因素实验选取实验因素与水平。根据Central Composites实验设计原理,采用4因素3水平的响应面分析法。在分析各因素显著性及其交互作用的基础上,得出雷丸多糖的最佳提取工艺条件,即提取温度100℃,料液比1∶21,提取时间93min,提取2次,测得的雷丸多糖得率为23.12%。
The conditions of extracting Omphalia polysaccharides were optimized based on response surface mothod(RSM).Experimental factors and their levels were determined by one-factor tests.Subsequently,the Central Composites experimental design with 4 factors and 3 levels was performed,and the factors influencing the technological parameters were estimated by quadratic regression analysis with interaction terms.Response surface and contour were finally graphed with the extraction rate as the response value.The results showed that the optimal conditions of polysaccharides extration were obtained as following:the water/solid ratio of 21:1,extraction temperature of 100 ℃,extraction time 93 min,and that extraction rate could be up to 23.12% with twice extraction.
