Study on the Active Monitoring Model of Teaching Quality

摘要 教学质量主动监控模式是一种基于事先监控的预防性监控模式。它更加重视人才培养计划和教学条件对教学质量的影响,将监控环节提前开始,强调督、导结合,以导为主;监控与激励相结合,以激励为主;对教学计划和教学条件的监控与过程监控和结果监控相结合。实施主动监控模式,应建立全方位、多层次的教学质量监控新体系,明确监控内容;创新监控机制与机构,落实内部质量监控主体;改革教学质量监控方式,建立基于统计数据的质量状态考评体系和考评制度,使质量监控更具主动性、预防性、前馈性。 The active monitoring model of teaching quality is a preventive model based on monitoring beforehand,which puts more emphasis on the effects of the teaching plan and teaching conditions on the teaching quality. It makes the monitoring link in advance,which not only emphasizes the combination of superintendence and guidance,putting guidance first,and the combination of monitoring and encouragement,putting encouragement first; but also emphasizes that the monitoring of teaching plan and teaching conditions should combine with the process monitoring and results monitoring. In implementing the active monitoring model,several steps should be followed. First,the omnidirectional and multi-level teaching quality monitoring system should be built to clarify the monitoring contents in the active monitoring model. Second,not only should the mechanism and organization of the teaching quality monitoring be established,but also the undertaker of teaching quality monitoring in university should be implemented. Third,the model of the teaching quality monitoring should be reformed and an appraisal system and regulations of teaching quality should be built based on the statistical data to make the quality monitoring more active,preventive and feedforward.
