摘要
评述台湾人文社会科学引文数据库来源期刊的遴选标准、方法、程序及特点与局限性,指出来源期刊的遴选首先要考虑建库的目的,同时还应注意制定合理规范的遴选程序,以及引文分析的定量评价和同行专家评议的定性评价之间的结合程度。
This article mainly discussed the selection standards, methods and procedures of the source journal in citation index databases in the area of Taiwan humanities and social science, and also the characters and their limitations. Then, made an emphasize of purpose for the databases in selecting source journals, meanwhile reasonable and standardized procedures should be take into practice, and the combination level of the citation analysis and the peer review method should also be paid attention to.
