摘要
依据仿生设计原理研制浸渍聚乙烯醇水凝胶(PVA-H)层的金属橡胶髋臼和可完成复合运动模式的人工髋关节摩擦试验机。试验研究不锈钢球与浸渍PVA-H层的金属橡胶髋臼配副及与聚四氟乙烯髋臼配副的摩擦性能。结果表明,相同条件下金属橡胶仿生髋臼的摩擦扭矩较小。分析认为,这是由于浸渍PVA-H层的金属橡胶髋臼本身具有良好的弹性阻尼,能够减少冲击,其多孔结构内储存润滑液,能靠变载挤压条件下的流体动静压效应改善润滑。
An artificial acetabular socket made of metal-rubber and polyvinyl alcohol hydrogel (PVA-H) was developed according to the bionic design principle,and a hip-joint tribo-tester allowing for multi-directional moving was used to assess its frictional characteristics. The frictional characteristics of steel-ball/ PVA-H impregnated metal-rubber acetabular socket pairs were compared with that of steel-ball/ PTFE acetabular socket pairs. The test results of steel-ball/acetabular socket pairs under the same experimental conditions show that metal-rubber acetabular socket impregnated PVA-H layer gives lower frictional torque than that of the PTFE acetabular sockets. It is believed that the good elasticity and damping property of metal-rubber acetabular socket impregnated PVA-H layer,along with its porous lubricant-reserving structure,much improve its lubrication condition through elastohydrodynamic and elastohydrstatic effects under dynamic squeezing condition.
