纳米改性油脂润滑材料的空间摩擦学性能 被引量:5

摘要 为满足各类空间飞行器高精度、长寿命、高可靠性的要求,空间用润滑脂必须具有优异的空间环境适应性及摩擦学性能。为提高全氟聚醚(PFPE)基润滑脂的摩擦学性能,采用纳米MoS2颗粒对进行改性,并研究改性后润滑脂的耐空间辐照性能。结果表明,在PFPE基润滑脂中添加纳米MoS2颗粒,可以在保证其耐空间辐照性能的同时改善其摩擦学性能。 To meet the requirement of high precision,long life and high reliability of all kinds of spacecrafts,space grease lubricant should have excellent space environmental adaptability and good tribological behavior.Perfluoropolyether based grease was modified by nano-MoS2 particles to improve its tribological behavior. The space environment adaptability for nano-modification grease lubricant was studied.The results show that adding nano-MoS2 particles in Perfluoropolyether based grease can improve its tribological behavior without changing its environment adaptability.
