摘要
在金属加工液中合成润滑剂的应用越来越多,如聚亚烷基二醇(PAGs)、合成酯类和合成烃等。PAGs由于在水中特有的溶解性而在金属加工液中能起到重要作用,介绍PAGs在金属加工液中的应用,讨论其工作机制,综述PAGs在化学全合成型和半合成型金属加工液的部分典型配方,并对其试验数据和应用效果进行叙述,涉及的金属加工操作包含磨削、切削、拉拔、轧制和成型等,初步讨论PAGs在金属加工液中应用的影响。
Synthetic lubricants including PAGs,polyesters,PAOs have been widely used in the field of metalworking fluids. For its special solubility in water,PAGs have important use on the metalworking fluids. The application of PAGs in the field of metalworking fluids was introduced,its working mechanism was discussed,and some typical formula of chemical synthetic metalworking fluids,semi-synthetic metalworking fluids using PAGs as key materials were summarized,their test data and practical performance were introduced,some working processes were involved such as grinding,cutting,drawing,forming and rolling. The great influence on its application in metalworking fluids was discussed.
