摘要
《明代彝医书》收载了彝族治疗各类疾病的方剂226首,其中记载了大量治疗外科疾病的方药。笔者从疾病种类、治疗特点、用药特点等方面对该书治疗外科疾病作了初步分析。
Ming Dynasty Yi Medicine Manual has collected 226 Yi＇s medicine formulas for treatment of all types of diseases,in which large amount of formulas for surgical diseases have been recorded.Author tentatively analyzed several areas of the manual including： type of diseases,feature of formulas and characteristics of medication.
