摘要
运用规范分析的方法,从高校图书馆的使命和价值出发,针对重管理而少治理、行政化色彩浓厚而激励与创新明显不足的本末倒置的现象,提出了人才队伍建设的关键所在和组织治理架构。
By using the method of normative analysis,and starting from the missions and values of university library,and in the light of the phenomenon of valuing the management and neglecting the governance and making the administrative color dense and making the innovation obviously insufficient,this paper puts forward the keys of the construction of talent team and the organization and governance framework.
