介绍了中原油田注水工艺流程,分析了离心注水泵站存在的主要问题,分析了离心注水泵站机组节能降耗的影响因素,阐述了PCP自控技术在中原油田离心注水泵站的应用,并分析了现场应用效果及经济效益。
This paper introduces the technological processtechnological processwater-injection process flow adopted in Zhongyuan Oil Field,analyzes the main problems existing in centrifugal water-injection pump station,analyzes the factors influencing the energy saving and consumption reducing of the units of centrifugal water-injection pump station,expounds the application of PCP automatic control technology in the centrifugal water-injection pump station of Zhongyuan Oil Field,and analyzes its field application effect and economic benefit.
