摘要
观察中药清热化瘀方（连翘、蒲公英、生地黄、紫草、水牛角、茜草、赤芍、丹参、川芎、茯苓、甘草）治疗过敏性紫癜的疗效，中药组２５例，痊愈１６例，有效６例，无效３例，总有效率８８％；设西药（强的松、息斯敏、维生素Ｃ）对照组２３例，痊愈１０例，有效９例，无效４例，总有效率８２．５％，两组比较，中药组疗效优于西药组，而且疗程缩短，中药又无副作用及不良反应。
ThetherapeuticeffectofHeatClarifyingandStagnationDispersingFormula(FructusForsythiae,HerbaTaraxaci,RadixRehmanniae,RedixArnebiaeseuLithospermi,CornuBubali,RadixRubiae,RadixPaeoniaeRubra,RadixSalviaeMiltiorrhizae,RhizomaLigusticiChuanxiong,Poria,RadixGlycyrrhizae)wasobservedinthetreatmentofanaphylactoidpurpura.In25casesofChineseherbalgroup,theresultsshowedcurein16cases,effectivenessin6cases,failurein3casesandtotaleffectiveratein88%.In23casesofthecontrolgroupwithwesternmedications(prednisone,TabellaeAstemizoli,Vit.C),theresultsshowedcurein10cases,effectivenessin9cases,failurein4casesandtotaleffectiveratein82.5%.Incomparisonbetweentwogroups,thetherapeuticeffectwasbetterinChineseherbalgroupthaninthemedicationgroup,withshortdurationofthetreatmentsandnosideeffectandbadreactionfromChineseherbalmedicine.
