阐述了"以人为本"是高校图书馆发展的新动向,介绍了知识化馆员的含义及作用,指出知识化馆员应利用现代知识化管理手段实施知识化服务,以实现对全社会的服务目的。
This paper expounds that the people-based service is a new development tendency of university library,introduces the connotations and functions of knowledgeable librarians,and points out that the knowledgeable librarians should implement the knowledge-based service by utilizing the modern knowledge-based management tools for realizing the target of serving the whole society.
