足月新生儿呼吸窘迫综合症的临床观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的为了提高足月新生儿呼吸窘迫综合症的治愈率,我们对该类患者应用珂立苏进行研究。方法选择12例患者做治疗组。同时设立对照组20例患者。两组患者病情、年龄、性别、围产期、病史均相同,唯一不同的是治疗组应用珂立苏。用量70mg/kg气管插管注入肺中。观察治疗后效果。结果治疗组12例中,治愈11例,治愈率90%,死亡1例;对照组20例患者,治愈10例,治愈率50%。两组患者经统计学处理,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论足月新生儿呼吸窘迫综合症患儿临床用珂立苏能起到保护肺组织、减轻病情,减少了高浓度氧、高气道压力、高流量对肺的损伤,并且缩短了疗程,减少了医院费用,是一个可以首选的治疗方案。
