健康教育路径在经肛门行巨结肠根治术患儿中的应用

摘要 目的观察健康教育路径在经肛门行巨结肠根治术患儿中的应用效果。方法选择2006年6月-2008年10月收治的先天性巨结肠患儿80例,随机分为实验组和对照组各40例。对照组采取常规健康教育方法,实验组采用健康教育路径方法对患儿实施健康教育,比较两组患儿健康教育效果、平均住院天数及并发症的发生率。结果实验组患儿掌握疾病相关知识、按时复诊及扩肛好于对照组,平均住院天数短于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组。结论健康教育路径能提高经肛门行巨结肠根治术患儿及家长对疾病相关知识的认知程度及依从性,缩短平均住院天数,降低并发症发生率,有利于促进患儿早日康复。 Objective To investigate the health education pathway on the effect of children with Hirschsprung disease. Methods From June 2006 to October 2008,80 children with Hischsprung disease were randomly divided into experimental group and control group in equal number. The control group received regular health education methods,while the experimental group did the methods of health education pathway. The groups were compared with a view to health education effect,the average length of stay and complication rate. Results The experimental group was better than the control group in the disease-related knowledge,on-time revisit and anus expansion. The average hospital stay was shorter than that in the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group. Conclusion Health education pathway can improve the recognition and compliance in children and parents and shorten the average length of stay,lower incidence of complications,and promote their speedy recovery.
