摘要
目的探讨两种培训方法对新毕业护士的培训效果。方法对2003年-2005年度的50名新毕业护士给予实施传统培训方法,设为对照组;2006年-2008年度的94名新毕业护士给予实施情境模拟和临床实践相结合规范化培训,设为观察组。比较两组新毕业护士基础理论和护理技术操作成绩。结果观察组新毕业护士基础理论和护理技术操作成绩均优于对照组,两组比较,均P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论采用情境模拟和临床实践相结合的培训方法,能有效提高新毕业护士的基础理论及技术操作水平,更有利于实施"以病人为中心"的整体护理,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effects of the two training modes on the training of new-graduated nurses. Methods 50 newgraduated nurses of our hospital in 2003,2004,2005 were assigned to the control group,who were given traditional trainings and another 94 new-graduated nurses in 2006,2007 and 2008 to the observation group,who were given the combination of situational simulation and clinical practice. Their performances in the basic theory and nursing technical operation were compared. Result The performance of the observation group was better than that of the control group in the basic theory and nursing technical operation. Conclusions The training mode of combination of situational simulation and clinical practice may improve the technical operation of new-graduated nurses. It is also good for the implementation of the patient-centered holistic nursing and thus worthy to be popularized.
