人工晶体光学部后囊后植入技术预防后发障的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨人工晶状体光学部后囊后植入技术,用于稳定眼内结构,预防后发性白内障的效果。方法对外伤性或与葡萄膜炎并发性白内障、某些先天性白内障术后或人工晶体移位后囊混浊等不易行激光后囊切开的患者,在完成皮质清除后,先把人工晶状体(IOL)袢固定于囊袋内或在机化囊膜夹持稳固下,将IOL光学部经后囊剪口植入后囊与玻璃体前界膜之间。结果全部术眼视轴透明,IOL光学部平稳居中,视功能恢复良好。结论对某些特殊型白内障术后后发障实施IOL光学部后囊后植入,可明显减轻眼内组织反应,预防后发障发生获得满意效果。 Objective Probing into the adoption of techniques of IOL optical part posterior sub-capsular implants during special cataract extraction surgery to stabilize the intraocular structures and to get excellent visual functions. Methods For traumatic cataract with ruptured lens mechanics, serious synechia cataract and certain congenital cataract, etc., firstly the IOL button is fixed into the capsule bag or fastened it under capsule, and the IOL optical part is implanted between the posterior capsule and the vitreous body anterior capsule through the posterior capsule opening after cleaning to the cortex without any disturbance to iris structures and vitreous body. Results The visual axis is transparent. IOL optical part is stable and situated in the middle. And the visual acuity resumed well. Conclusions After implanting into the IOL optical part for some special cataracts, intraocular organization response is apparently reduced, and the prevention to posterior cataracts effect is satisfied.
