摘要 高氮奥氏体不锈钢是一种难加工材料。在分析材料特性的基础上,通过刀具磨损与耐用度对比试验,研究了切削过程中刀片的典型磨破损形态和磨损机理,得出了相对较优的刀具材料牌号和切削参数。研究结果表明:刀片典型的磨破损形态主要表现为前刀面粘结磨损和刀尖微崩刃破损等;由于稳定的积屑瘤的产生,YG8与其它刀片相比,在50~75m/min的切削速度范围内切削性能最好,刀具寿命最长。 High nitrogen stainless steel is a sort of difficult-to-cut material.Based on analysis of the material characteristic,typical wear and failure forms of cemented carbide inserts during the cutting process were presented,and cemented carbide grade and cutting parameters were selected through the contrast experiment of tool wear resistance and tool life.The investigated results show that main wear and failure forms of the tool can be described as adhesive wear in the rake face,small break-off on the tool nose and so on;because of the production of stable built-up edge,carbide inserts YG8 has the best cutting value and the longest tool life within the cutting speed region of 50 ~ 75 m/min.
